We are located in the heart of of the most distinct and easily recognizable historic neighborhoods in east Fort Lauderdale. Victoria Park is often described as the best-kept secret in Fort Lauderdale. Established in the early 1900s, today it is a mixture of lovingly restored old Florida style homes and newer homes, townhomes and condos shaded by native oaks and mahogany trees.
Living in Victoria Park puts you right in the center of the downtown life of Ft. Lauderdale without feeling like you are in a busy downtown area. Guest will enjoy the proximity to the beach, Las Olas Blvd, Galleria Mall, Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.
The neighborhood has over 95 acres of parks for all types of recreation and relaxation. The most famous is Holiday Park. Holiday Park is filled with baseball fields, soccer fields, football field, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, racquetball, squash and jogging paths. Annie Beck Park is a beautiful walking park along the canal where some people fish and just relax. Victoria Park has the gazebo and an area to launch your canoe or kayak for a relaxing ride through the waterways.

As a software-connected Host, we charge and collect security deposit outside of Airbnb https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2827/collecting-fees-outside-airbnb using a separate payment method: A refundable security deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected prior to check in. The deposit will be returned at check-out unless any of the above mentioned rules are broken. You can submit the deposit via several contactless options or cash. Spring break deposit of $500 is applicable to all reservations from Match 1 till April 30th.

March 2025In a nice peaceful neighborhood. Looks like pics. Walls were on the thin side as we repeatedly heard next door neighbors. If you want to sleep in the main living area be prepared to notice other units coming and going. Every time they did the outside light comes on and was very bright inside with the front door being glass. If you’re sleeping in the bedroom no worries. Couch not comfortable to sleep on. Everything else good. Nice parking available.

I enjoyed staying at this location because it’s close to the downtown Ft. Lauderdale activities and the beach. The airbnb was very clean and the decor was spectacular. I felt right at home . It is also a nice walk to local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is in a quiet and safe suburban neighborhood. The inside was cozy and well lit, the bed was comfortable, and the basic amenities for any need were there for us. Plus, Alex was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Victoria Park neighborhood is lovely with lots of dining options nearby. This is an efficient, no-frills option for staying a few days - great location, and the unit is mostly well kept other than a few maintenance issues which the host was willing to address quickly; kitchen is minimally stocked so don't expect to cook much but again overall an efficient option for a few days of stay if you are looking to spend most of your time outside. The private patio is lovely for phone calls when the weather permits but don't forget the repellents :) Thanks Alex!

July 2021This is my favorite Victoria Park place. It’s well set up, convenient to highway 1 and beaches. The neighborhood is lovely to walk and it’s 1 easy mile to a great coffee shop, Sip Java. And a great lunch/dinner spot, Poke House.. The towels provided are soft and substantial, unlike many other Airbnbs who seem to skimp on towels. The AC works great and there are 2 ceiling fans for air movement, a nice touch. The kitchen and frig are very nice/new. The mattress is firm (I think foam) and very comfortable. There are nice touches like shelving in the bedroom for your phone to charge at night and a comfy sectional in the living/tv space. It’s quiet, in a nice residential area. Alex is super responsive if you need anything and very concerned that you have a great stay. I will definitely rebook!

It ended up being about an 8 minute Uber to the beach and longer walk or short Uber to Las Olas blvd. It was never a problem getting a quick Uber though at this location given how close it was to everything. Alex was great with communication before the trip and made sure everything was good once we got there which was awesome after our first Airbnb cancelled on us. I wish we got to spend more time here!

Alex is super welcoming, friendly, easy going and was happy to accommodate me in anyway he could. He gave lots of recommendations for nearby meals in all price points, offers a big parking spot, free washer and dryer CLEAN COMFY BED and massive sofa, that was spotless!! clean tub with hot water, tv/wifi no problem at all, entering and departing no problem at all, he gave clear direction how to check in and check out.
